VJam is a free browser-based real-time video instrument by Hiroki Takamura, hosted at https://vjam.vercel.app. By using it you agree to these terms.

2. Free Use

VJam is free to use. No account, no payment, no time limit. Visuals you generate during use can be freely incorporated into your own performances, recordings, and content.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code beyond what is normally accessible to a browser user
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

4. Intellectual Property

The application code, custom shaders, and bundled visual presets are the work of Hiroki Takamura. MilkDrop presets are derived from the Butterchurn project (MIT) and bundled preset packs. p5.js is MIT-licensed.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the author be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
