By accessing or using VJam ("the Service") at https://vjam.vercel.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VJam is a browser-based VJ application that generates real-time music-reactive visuals. The Service operates entirely in the user's browser and requires no server-side processing for visual generation.

3. Free and Paid Versions

• Free version: Includes 36 presets with basic controls (Auto mode, Tap, Pinch zoom).
• Full version: A one-time purchase ($27 / ¥3,980) that unlocks all 180+ presets and all features. No subscription required.

4. License

Upon purchase of the Full version, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use VJam on any number of your own devices. The license is perpetual and does not expire.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. Contact us to request a refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Share, resell, or redistribute your license key
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and visual presets in VJam are the property of VJam and its creator. Visuals generated during your use of VJam may be freely used in your own performances, recordings, and content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VJam or its creator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
