VJam ("the Service") is a browser-based application that runs entirely on your device. We are committed to protecting your privacy and collecting as little data as possible.

2. Data We Collect

2.1 Microphone Audio

VJam requests microphone access for real-time beat detection. Audio is processed entirely in your browser using the Web Audio API. No audio is recorded, stored, or transmitted to any server.

2.2 License Key

If you purchase the Full version, your license key is stored locally in your browser's localStorage. The key is sent to our verification server (Vercel Function) only for validation purposes. We do not store or log license keys on our server.

2.3 Local Storage

VJam stores your preferences (scenes, settings, language) in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device.

2.4 Media Files

Images and videos you load into VJam are processed entirely in your browser. No media files are uploaded to any server.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

• No personal information (name, email, address)
• No analytics or tracking cookies
• No usage data or telemetry
• No audio recordings
• No media files

4. Third-Party Services

• Stripe: Handles payment processing. Their privacy policy applies to the purchase process: stripe.com/privacy
• Vercel: Hosts the application and license verification API. Standard web server logs (IP address, request time) may be collected by Vercel's infrastructure.
• Google Fonts: Font files are loaded from Google's CDN. Google's privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy

5. Children's Privacy

VJam does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
